I just plugged in my lcd, and got the lcdriver but when i try to use it, it gives me a bunch of jibba jabba instead of text? is this a win2k problem or what?

I believe LCDriver is written for 9600 baud. The v2.x displays support up to 19200 baud, and 19200 baud is their default.
