- Form compatible with the CFAH2002M Series of Character LCD modules. Give your product a midlife upgrade by replacing the CFAH2002M with a CFAG20232C
- 202x32 graphic LCD module
- Built-in Sitronix ST7920 controller
- Negative Voltage Generator and Temperature Compensation on board
- Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer (minimum order may be required)
- Wide temperature range: -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F)
- 8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface
- RoHS Compliant
