Here is a larger view of the back of the module. The white cable is the CCFL connection.

This is a monochrome dithered image. In this image each pixel is either on (100%) or off (0%).

The module can be set to a text mode using its built-in 5x7 font. Graphics cannot be shown simultaneously with text. Text can be rendered by the host when the display is in graphic mode.
