- Built-in Toshiba T6963C compatible controller
- 240x64 graphic mode --or-- 40 x 8 text mode using built-in 5x7 Character Generator ROM
- Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer (minimum order may be required)
- Wide temperature range: -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F)
