CFAH2002Y Standard LCDs Family

  • Possibly form compatible with the thicker (but same height and width) CFAG19232C Series of Graphic LCD modules. Upgrade your product that uses this CFAH2002Y character display by switching to the graphic CFAG19232C
  • Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer  (minimum order may be required)
  • Ultra-thin construction -- this backlit module has the same depth as most non-backlit LCD modules.
  • Wide temperature range: -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F)
  • 8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface
  • Industry-standard HD44780 compatible controller
  • RoHS Compliant
