International Shipping Policies |

Our products are available for shipment worldwide. We are a direct company
and do not have resellers or distributors. This allows us to keep our pricing
as low as possible and our quality of service high.
We mark our customs form with HTS85312000. We will not mark a package as "Gift" or falsify values. You will be responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country's customs officials. We have no way to pre-pay or predict those fees. When we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping weight and the corresponding rates, and then request your confirmation of the shipping by email. We will not ship your order until we recieve confirmation. If we do not recieve confirmation within 2 weeks we will cancel your order. Crystalfontz uses FedEx for their excellent customer service, fast, dependable delivery, and affordable international rates. You may estimate shipping charges on the Fedex website, however, Crystalfontz receives a discount from them, so your actual shipping costs should be less than the rate they quote for you. For most small orders to Europe (1 pound or less in weight), the shipping rate is $30.00 to $70.00, depending on the country. For most small orders to Canada (1 pound or less in weight), the shipping rate is $24.00 If you have your own FedEx account, Crystalfontz will gladly ship your order using that account. We reserve the right to bill you for any duties and customs fees erroneously charged to Crystalfontz for this shipment. Address Verification for Credit Card Processing Crystalfontz performs address verification on credit card orders. Please note that using different "Bill To/Ship To" addresses for the credit card information may delay order processing. To expedite orders with different "Bill To/Ship To" addresses, please call your bank prior to placing your order to add the shipping address to your credit card records so that it will pass verification. Addressing Errors Addressing errors, such wrong "Ship To" address or typo in address information supplied by the customer will incur a $10.00 re-addressing fee if the order is already shipped or the package needs to be re-routed by FedEx. Addressing errors can delay shipments 1-2 days and will void delivery time guarantees. |
