Orders are shipped from the State of Washington and can be delivered overnight or within 3 business days anywhere in the US. Address Verification for Credit Card Processing Crystalfontz performs address verification on credit card orders. Please note that using different "Bill To / Ship To" addresses for the credit card information may delay order processing. To expedite orders with different "Bill To / Ship To" addresses, please call your bank prior to placing your order to add the shipping address to your credit card records for verification. Addressing Errors Addressing errors, such wrong "Ship To" address or typo in address information supplied by the customer will incur a $10.00 re-addressing fee if the order is already shipped or the package needs to be re-routed by FedEx. Shipments can be delayed 1-2 days if there is an addressing error or the package needs to be re-routed. Delivery time guarantee is void in the event of an addressing error. Shipping Rates FedEx Express Orders received before 12:00 noon EST (9am PST) will ship same business day. COD delivery is available via FedEx for US customers for Express shipments. The charge for this service is $7.00, and a secured payment* must be presented at time of delivery. Please use the Crystalfontz secure server to place your order, leaving the credit card information blank. Use the "Special Instructions" box to let us know that you wish to use FedEx COD service. Money order, cashier's check. Package tracking is included on all FedEx services, and packages are tracked via the FedEx Tracking page or by phoning FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. FedEx Three Day* Base rate is $13.00, plus: $0.75 per item for orders up to 9 items or $0.45 per item for orders of 10 or more items. FedEx Two Day Base rate is $15.00, plus: $0.75 per item for orders up to 9 items or $0.45 per item for orders of 10 or more items. FedEx Standard Overnight Base rate is $38.00, plus: $1.50 per item for orders up to 9 items or $0.90 per item for orders of 10 or more items. FedEx Priority Overnight Base rate is $42.50, plus: $1.75 per item for orders up to 9 items or $1.05 per item for orders of 10 or more items. All service delivery times are guaranteed and trackable via the web upon shipment. * Please add $8.00 to above pricing for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. * Shipping charges are estimates only and you will be notified via email if the shipping costs are more than estimated.
