128x64 Graphical LCD Module

Part Number: CFAO12864D3-TFH

This dark on light gray background 128x64 pixel COG (Chip-On-Glass) graphic LCD display module has an integrated Sitronix ST7565P controller. The graphic LCD is very low power, using less than 1mA to drive the display. To connect to your host, choose from SPI or 8-bit (6800 or 8080) parallel interface.

Prefer a different color? The CFAO12864D3-TMI is light (near white) on a blue background.
