320x480 Parallel Color TFT with Touch Screen

The CFAF320480C4-035T-TS is a 3.5" diagonal 320x480 TFT with full color graphics and a 4-wire analog touch screen.

Features:

• Requires only a single source 3v for both power and logic.
• The display has built-in Himax HX8357-B or compatible LCD display controller.
• The 50-pin FPC mates with standard 0.5mm ZIF sockets such as HFJ150CT-ND and HFK150CT-ND, both available from Digi-Key.
• The white LED backlight has anode (A,+) and cathode (K,-) pins brought out on the FPC.
• Operating temperature range from -20°C to +70°C.

Need a non-touch screen version? The CFAF320480C4-035T offers the same display module without touch screen. It is slightly thinner and less expensive.
