Summary:	Global Demand Increasing Lead Times on ePaper Modules.
Description:	Due to increased global demand for AI chips, semiconductor fabricators are prioritizing AI chip production, which is sidelining display controller manufacturing. Crystalfontz is currently experiencing extended lead times of six months or more on products utilizing EPD display controllers. We request that POs are placed well in advance and forecasts are provided to us so that we plan accordingly. We are actively monitoring the situation and working to reduce the impact this may have on customers.
Reason:	Global semiconductor fabrication capacity constraints driven by AI chip demand have significantly reduced display controller production allocations across the industry. This is an industry-wide condition outside of Crystalfontz's control.
Impact:	Extended lead times of up to six months on affected EPD products Additional display controller types may be impacted as the situation evolves Product availability is subject to change

Summary:	End-of-Life Notification
Description:	The parts listed are being set to End of Life due to the unavailability of a critical part.
Reason:	The Red adapter board - CFA part number CFAPN15087 has been discontinued and is no longer available
Impact:	The listed parts cannot be purchased. All stocks of the CFAPN15087 have been depleted.
Recommendation:	Products using the listed parts will have to be re-designed to use the replacement adapter board. Products still in the design phase should be placed on hold until the new adapter board is available.
Availability:	A new adapter board is being designed - CFA part number CFA-10084. This part has the same functionality as the CFAPN15087. This part will be available after July 1, 2018. The parts listed will be revised to include the use of this new adapter board and will be available by mid-July 2018
