8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface.
Industry-standard Hitachi  HD44780 compatible controller: (Sitronix ST7066U)
Operating temperature range is from -20°C to +70°C.
If you use this character module and want to upgrade to a graphic module we recommend the CFAG19232C Series of graphic LCD displays.
