Easy ZIF connection. The FPC mates with a 12-pin ZIF connector, which can be processed through your normal SMT reflow.
The Solomon Systech SSD1306 controller needs only a single 3.3v supply for power and logic levels for communication, making it a top choice in low power or battery powered applications. The 3 wire / 4 wire SPI or I2C serial interfaces require only 12 lines. Coupled with a ZIF connection (0.50mm pitch), connecting this module to your host device is a simple task.

CFAL12832D-B REVISED FOR MANUFACTURING & QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS
The CFAL12832D-B display was revised for manufacturing and quality improvements. All electrical connections remain the same. All important mechanical dimensions remain the same. The mating connector is unchanged.
GOOD NEWS: Due to the popularity of this display, we've added two additional variants, blue-on-black and yellow-on-black. These displays can be seen under Additional Options on the CFAL12832D-B web page.
