1.54" 200x200 Square ePaper Display

This black and white square 200x200 pixel ePaper display module is a perfect size for small, low power electronic shelf labels. EPD/ePaper displays are bi-stable, meaning once an image is displayed on the ePaper, it remains visible even when the display is disconnected from power.

This display module includes built-in voltage generation, requiring only a few external components, or check out our ePaper Adapter Board that handles the external components.

Ultra thin, with a depth of 1.05mm and weight of only 2.2 grams, ePaper has a clear advantage over other display technologies for small handheld battery-operated devices or devices powered by solar. Epaper displays are growing rapidly in popularity and can be scanned by barcode readers. That makes this square display a great choice for displaying a QR code or the like.

The ZIF connector you need is a standard 24-position 0.5mm pitch.

    Description: Due to increased global demand for AI chips, semiconductor fabricators are prioritizing AI chip production, which is sidelining display controller manufacturing. Crystalfontz is currently experiencing extended lead times of six months or more on products utilizing EPD display controllers. We request that POs are placed well in advance and forecasts are provided to us so that we plan accordingly. We are actively monitoring the situation and working to reduce the impact this may have on customers.
    Reason: Global semiconductor fabrication capacity constraints driven by AI chip demand have significantly reduced display controller production allocations across the industry. This is an industry-wide condition outside of Crystalfontz's control.
    Impact: Extended lead times of up to six months on affected EPD products
    Additional display controller types may be impacted as the situation evolves
