128x64 Low Power Backlit LCD

Part Number: CFAG12864Q1-TFH

A graphic LCD display with 128x64 dark pixels on a light gray background. This display is approximately 2.9" on the diagonal but requires less than 1mA to drive the display. The white LED backlight is driven by separate inputs on the frame and can be powered off to maintain the lowest possible power requirements, or powered on to make this display visible in dark environments. This display is a great choice for power-conscious designs that need to be seen in sunlight and in dark rooms.

The integrated ST7567 LCD controller supports communications in SPI or 8-bit parallel (either 6800 or 8080).

Prefer a different color? We also offer this display in light (near white) pixels on a blue background. Other sizes of graphic LCDs are also available.

Compatible ZIF sockets (34-pin, 0.5 mm) are: 34 Position, 0.50mm Pitch. A carrier board for this display is also available.
