240x400 3-inch Capacitive Touchscreen TFT Display

Part Number: CFAF240400C1-030TC

3-inch, full-color (262k), IPS, TFT graphic display module with a white LED backlight and a capacitive touchscreen. The display, including the backlight, use 3.3v input.

This TFT display has a ZIF FPC tail for easy PCA integration with a ZIF socket. The large display tail is compatible with our 45-position ZIF connector. The small touchscreen tail is compatible with our 8-position ZIF connector.

This display supports a wide range of interface options:

• 8/9/16/18-bit Parallel
• 16/18-bit RGB with a SPI initialization
• 3-wire or 4-wire SPI
